Delivery dates and times are effective once the purchase and stock validation process has been approved. If the purchase is registered before 1 p.m., the delivery time for your item will begin on the same day. If the purchase is registered after 2 p.m., your purchase will be registered for the following business day. Applies to any payment method. If the validation process takes longer than usual, the delivery will be rescheduled for the closest possible date.

The customer is responsible for the shipping, handling and insurance charges for the products and/or services purchased on the site, as well as all sales taxes, value-added taxes and any other taxes or levies that may arise from each accepted purchase offer.

Dispatch of products:

Products purchased through the Site will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the User and available on the Site. The information on the shipping location is the exclusive responsibility of the User. Orders will be shipped from the warehouses of )formy( a maximum of thirty (30) business days after the end of the sale (in the event that the merchandise is out of stock).

)formy( will communicate by email to the Users the data so that they can track the status of the shipment online.

If the User is absent when the order is dropped off and no one receives it at the place of residence, a notice will be left stating the time of the visit. During the following three (3) days after the first attempt, the courier will return to the address to deliver the order. If no one receives the product again, a third attempt will be made and if unsuccessful, the product will be returned to )formy(, and the User must contact our offices to coordinate a new delivery, the cost of which will be the sole responsibility of the User.

Warning: )formy( cannot guarantee the delivery to some regions of the country of products considered oversized or overweight by the mail companies. When this happens, we reserve the right to revoke orders that are found in these conditions, in which case the order will be reversed and the value of the price will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible.

Delivery times:

Delivery time begins from the date the charge is applied, which will be notified by email in a period of approximately 0 to 72 hours from the purchase. In special cases, the carrier may deliver the product outside this time, when the places registered for delivery are considered difficult to access.

The products offered on our site will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates when making his purchase offer, within a period of three (3) to ten (10) business days, counted from the date of purchase registration.

The Website may optionally offer different shipping methods with different shipping times and costs, including free shipping. In all cases, the option selected by the customer will be respected, even if it does not represent the best conditions in terms of cost or delivery time.

These policies will apply to all shipments. By confirming a purchase, you agree to these policies.

)formy( is responsible for shipping nationwide to areas with access to distribution networks.

We recommend that you review and confirm that all data is correct and complete, as the success of your delivery depends on this.

)formy( subcontracts the best specialized courier companies to carry out the delivery. Interrapidisimo, Deprisa, Coordinadora and Servientrega in Colombia and DHL in the rest of the world are authorized to manage the delivery of orders, as well as the authorized carrier for the collection of products for warranty and returns.

It is important to specify if your purchase is a gift, so as not to send the wrapping and not add the tickets to the package.

In order to offer greater security in your delivery, all our merchandise is insured.

At the time of delivery to your home, the person receiving the merchandise will be asked for an official identification (voter's credential, citizenship card, passport, migratory form FM2 or driver's license), so we ask that you have this document on hand.

The carrier may request the presentation of the printed purchase invoice and identity document to the person authorized to receive the merchandise.

The person authorized to receive the merchandise must fill out the transportation document as proof of receipt to satisfaction with a clear name, signature and identity document number.

When receiving your package, we recommend checking that it does not present any defect or alteration. If so, the buyer is obliged not to receive it, write the comments on the courier's ticket and report it immediately to the customer service area via email to [email address removed], otherwise )formy( will not be responsible for any damage that the products may present.

In the event that the delivery address is changed, after )formy( has carried out the process, the customer will assume the cost of the new address.

The place for delivery will be the entrance door of the shipping address placed in the registration form. In the case of a residential or commercial unit, the main entrance with access to the public road will be taken as the place of delivery.

The delivery service does not include going up stairs, elevators or scaffolding. Likewise, it is not allowed for the carrier to remove doors or windows or to install or test the product.

If no one receives the order at the registered address, )formy( will proceed to return the products, and the customer will be obliged to contact us within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days so that we can proceed with reshipment.

The expenses generated in these cases will be assumed by the customer, and until they are not canceled, )formy( will not be obliged to make the shipment again.

If the customer does not proceed to request the reshipment within the indicated period, or does not cancel the additional value for the reshipment, )formy( may desist from the sale of the item and will be obliged only to return the amount paid for the products, discounting the value of the expenses incurred for transportation, since these are values that the buyer contracts with the carrier and that, if necessary, must be claimed directly with the transportation service provider.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs will depend on the size of the product, weight of the product, destination and shipping method.
